Abstract:

The article is devoted to the development of the conflict of ideas and concepts in the period since the late NINETEENTH century to the present time. This allowed to give legal analysis of collisions in the inner plan view of the contradictions and confusion in the legal system, thereby causing the interest not only of lawyers but also of philosophers who made numerous attempts to understand the role and the quality of the laws, to identify and understand the contradictions, to find the means to resolve them.
